Officer Corder had served with the Milwaukee Police Department for over six years. He is survived by his grandmother, two siblings, and a nephew.
Officer Jerving served with the Milwaukee Police Department for four years and was assigned to Police District 4. He is survived by his parents, six siblings, and a long-time girlfriend.
Michalski was first assigned to District Two, where he remained until 2007. He then joined the Neighborhood Task Force – Street Crimes Unit and later transferred to the South Investigations Division – Fugitive Apprehension Unit. His final tour of duty was in the Criminal Investigation Bureau – Special Investigations Division.
Officer Irvine began his service with the Milwaukee Police Department at the age of 19 and became a police officer at the age of 21. He died on June 7, 2018, as a result of a crash in his squad car on Milwaukee's Northwest Side. We mourn with the families of both men.
Officer Tanner was 29 years old and had served with the Milwaukee Police Department for four years. His expectant fiancée survived him.
Officer Niehoff was 27 years old with three years of service with the Milwaukee Police Department at the time of his death.
Officer Robertson was 31 years old and married. His wife was seven months pregnant with twins at the time. Robertson also worked as a police officer for Whitefish Bay for six years before joining the Milwaukee Police Department.
Sergeant Tourmo served the Milwaukee Police Department just short of 18 years before he was killed. He was 36 years old. He left behind his wife Brenda and three children, all under 5.
Officer Wagner was appointed to the Milwaukee Police Department on November 19, 1973. He was 41 years old when he died and was survived by his wife Donna, two sons, ages 13 and 15, and a 9-year-old daughter.
Officer Hasenstab was a 1979 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, where he studied law enforcement. He was 33 years old at the time of his death, and he left behind a wife and daughter.
