WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Public records requests are reviewed on a case by case basis. Any request may require further review before it is fulfilled, especially when requested records are extensive or include legally protected information (such as juvenile information). In order to receive reports over the counter, they must be deemed a simple request. If a request cannot be fulfilled at the counter, the requestor will be asked to fill out a request form and the request will be processed in the order in which it is received.
